I am currently shipping within the UK only If you are outside the UK and would like to buy from me please use the contact form to tell me what you would like to buy and where you live and I will investigate options for you.

I aim to dispatch orders placed before 12 noon Monday-Friday within 2-3 working days of receiving the order, subject to stock availability and credit clearance. All products are made by hand, so if out of stock it may take up to 30 days to make your order. You will be informed if your order is out of stock and a refund will be issued if preferred. 

UK orders are sent out Royal Mail tracked services. You can choose Tracked 24 or Tracked 48, or Royal Mail first or second class. Tracked services are the most reliable and flexible as you will know when your parcel will be delivered. I cannot be held responsible for delays due to the Royal Mail service. During the festive season I cannot guarantee delivery by Christmas as Royal Mail do not guarantee delivery

DUTIES & TAXES

Prices are in UK sterling and do not include relevant overseas duties and other custom charges.

Any duties and taxes charged at customs when sending overseas, are the buyers responsibility to pay.

PACKAGING

My packaging is as environmentally friendly where possible. I am still using some bubble wrap that I had in stock, or have recycled. I avoid the use of tape so that bubble wrap can be used again. I use100% bio-degradable packing peanuts, or recycled peanuts from other packages. The cardboard boxes are recyclable (and sometimes reused) and I use paper tape where possible.
